Directional Drilling

Directional drilling is a drilling technique used to control the path of a borehole so that it reaches a target location that is not directly beneath the drilling rig. It is commonly used in the oil and gas industry, utility installations, and civil engineering projects to avoid obstacles and access hard-to-reach areas. This method improves efficiency, reduces surface disturbance, and allows multiple underground targets to be reached from a single drilling location (Wikipedia).
